Sport Horses

Semper Fidelis
Amberley House has a strong equestrian tradition, established with the Amberley House School in the 1920s (whose motto was Semper Fidelis) and continued through the development of the original horse breeding operation in the 1940s, which produced Auckland Cup and Trentham Stakes winner, Sailing Home.
Amberley House owners, the Mason family, have re-established the historic property’s horse breeding operation with the refurbishment of the stables, yards and training areas, and introduction of significant new warmblood bloodlines. Angie and Andy Mason have a passion for breeding quality sport horses, with the ideal looks, temperament and trainability to become truly outstanding.
